  1. Name: Dalisia Coppersmith

  2. Scripts written so far: 1 feature, 1 pilot, 2 shorts

  3. What you hope to get out of the class? – I hope to have a solid outline for a contained action/comedy I’d like to workshop at a writers’ retreat in May.

  4. Something unique, special, strange or unusual about you? – I spent 25 years in the military yet I’m surprisingly easy going! (Thus, the action/comedy idea in my head!) 🙂

  My name is Judy Potocki.

  I’ve written two feature screenplays, a pilot for a 1-hr. dramatic series, and loads of nonfiction.

  I hope to learn how to laser-focus a contained script; most of my concepts are complex with a tendency to sprawl.

  Hmm. I’m now retired and can devote time to my longtime passion of screenwriting.

  Hi everyone,

  my name is Marian. I have written 8 scripts and some concepts, pitches, etc.

  In this course I hope to develop a great pitch for a contained movie I can add to my portfolio. Hal said the course would start Nov 7, so I might fall a little behind as, right now, I am also participating in the rewrite and power player class.

  I am a big movie fan and collect movies, also I like to play videogames and learn new skills. I am from Germany and write mostly in German language and translate it, so my English will not be perfect 😀

  -Starting in the class a few days late as I was having issues with my logon and password.

  2. How many scripts you’ve written?

  -Quite a few shorts. Two features and in process of working on three others. I work with a writing partner.

  3. What you hope to get out of the class?

  -One of the scripts I am working on is a Contained Movie script. I would like to get ideas around how to make it work well, and learn new ideas on how to make a good contained movie script.

  4. Something unique, special, strange or unusual about you?

  -I live in Hawaii.
