  PAM’S COMPLETED ACT 2
  What I learned: I’m still only writing 3 pages a day, but important thing is to not get stalled out. I’m so glad I’m ready to start Act 3!

  1. Do State to Activity empowerment process
  a. State: It really is possible…
  b. Activity: …to have control of my creative processes.
  2. Write 6 to 10 pages a day in the next two days.
  3. Tell how it is going for me.
  4. At top of the page, tell my one-sentence vision for my success from this program.
  5. What I learned from doing this assignment is…
  IF I am behind,
  A. Lower my standards.
  No need to write near-perfect on this draft.
  Lower my standards to ScreenWriterU 30% quality draft. This is what I am aiming for.
  Take the pressure off of myself and get back to writing.

  B. Empower myself for real.
  Use empowerment BEFORE sitting down to write.
  Getting myself in an empowered/inspired state and then write one sentence and allow others to follow.

  C. Just start.

  D. Celebrate tiny successes.
  Even if I have written just one sentence, celebrate this.
  Moving forward is a valuable thing to do.
