    Tell us the following:

    1. Name?

    2. How many scripts you’ve written?

I’ve finished at least a dozen scripts — I’ve lost track.

I hope to learn the components of keeping an audience coming back for more.

Something strange or unusual about me? I make all my own bread, and have done so for over 50 years.

    Hello! Kitty Hopper

I’ve written 2 1/2 scripts and more not on paper.

I hope to get the knowledge I need to continue and complete and learn what I’m missing.

I think everyone is unique in their own way..and I’m probably as ‘strange’ as the next person.

    Hi Everyone,

1.) My name is Frank Jun Kim.

2.) I’ve written five feature-length screenplays and five shorts.

3.) I’m here to learn the 50 Questions technology that Hal developed for ensuring that any TV/streaming scripts I write will keep audiences hooked and asking for more as well as encouraging producers to greenlight my projects.

4.) Something strange: I was born in 1978 on the same day that two completely unrelated yet noteworthy events took place: one of the deadliest blizzards in American history hit the New England area and would go on to kill over 100 people, and a computer programmer named Fred Newman set the world record for the most consecutive basketball free throws made while blindfolded (88 to be exact!) on the West Coast.

    Hi! I’m Heather Estay.

I’ve completed 5 feature length scripts. I’m intending to write a mini-series for this class based on a feature-length concept I had started. Something unique? I work full-time as a ghost-writer, doing books for clients on everything from dog training to psychology to making a fortune in industrial hemp!

I have written eight feature-length screenplays and one six-episode historical miniseries. I have participated in ScreenwritingU courses starting with PS39B several years ago.

The project I want to work on in the Bingeworthy TV course is a story originally written nearly twenty years ago as a feature and which I have never been able to contain successfully in 115 pages.

Interesting about me: I graduated from USC in the late 1970’s with a degree in Architecture but got sidelined in the Cinema Department, which led to many years doing studio coverage and script doctoring. I am now retired from 30-plus years in TV and film art direction.

    2. I’ve written about four scripts.

    3. I hope to learn about TV Writing in this class. I attended a TV Writing Retreat in Hawaii a few years ago with Geoff Harris who used to work for NBC. I came up with a great idea for a TV Show.

    4. I work as a Substitute Teacher in my day job.

Hello Everyone, glad to be learning some new skills. I have done ProSeries & MSC.

I have just gained access to classes 🙂 I have written several screenplays plus a few shorts and filmed some small doco’s. I am a screenwriter/director/actress and live in regional Victoria, Australia.

With this class I hope to increase my level of skills and get something optioned!

Due to time differences, and bad phone connections, I will be listening to the recordings then posting my work.

Look forward to communicating with you all.

I’ve written several shorts, features & tv specs.

    Hi Cheryl, Hal and everyone!

    1. Lee Zuckerman

    2. 1 feature, a few shorts

    3. I hope to learn from the best in the business on how to make my story sellable, bingeworthy, and successful. I want to get it either sold or self-produced.

    4. I graduated from USC Film School, been in the industry for couple decades, have worked with kids, animals and Michael Jackson. Carrie Fisher once grabbed my face and kissed me. I used to take some dance classes at her mom’s studio, and Debbie Reynolds passed away on my birthday. The three most influential men in my life have all been named George: My father, George Lucas, and George Orson Welles.

    French, living in Paris.

Wrote 2 scripts. Directed one of them (A+ Pollux). The other one didn’t make it to production. Both were adapted from novels.

I’ve had this series idea for a long time and I feel this program is the best way to make it happen. Now or never.

I’m a cinematographer in the french movie business.
No one calls me any more, so I’m turning to virtual tours. Exploring ways to make them fun and useful for all sorts of things.

    Hi Everyone!

    I am Michael Greco.

I’ve completed two feature-length scripts as well as short plays and short stories [narrative / prose form].

I aim to work with and apply the highly-esteemed Bingeworthy TV processes to write a compelling pilot and bible for a series that will run 5+ years. And NEVER ‘Jump The Shark.’

I am a once-and-future nature boy, whitewater kayaker and rock / ice climber.

    Looking forward to this!
    Cheers,

    MG

    Hello. I’m Lisa Molenda

I’ve written 15 scripts. Mostly shorts for friends in college but I was a co-writer on a feature and I made 12 short films during the beginning part of the pandemic.

I have several pilot/series ideas I’ve been thinking about (some that I’ve started) and I’d love to learn the formula for making them binge-worthy.

    I’m an avid trapeze artist.
