    Peace All —

I am Jared Wofford, based in Atlanta, GA. I’ve been apart of a team (my writing partner Derrick & I) that has written 9 episodes for a comedy series, a feature film that we are currently in on draft 3, a four episode mini-series and I am developing my own 1-hour drama pilot.

By participating in this program, I want to become more confident and efficient writer that creates enticing movies for movie stars that will get sold/licensed and I want to write movies that I can star in because I am a professional SAG-AFTRA working actor🙂. In addition to being an actor, I am a coach/educator at an acting school in Atlanta, I’m ambidextrous, and I’ve played a vampire on The Winchesters 😁. Thank you, I look forward to working with everyone and learning a bunch.

I am Edward Gadrix from Atlanta GA. I have written one feature, one 1-hour TV pilot, one short, one adaptation of a novel, and one adaptation of a stage play. The stage adaptation was filmed in 2001 and now streams on Amazon Prime and Apple Plus. My feature is now being considered by a well-known production company for an option; my fingers are crossed. I obtained My master’s degree with a concentration in screenwriting from Kennesaw State University.

I’m taking this course to broaden my knowledge of marketability of my scripts. I have found the previous courses by Screenwriting U to be professionally presented and look forward to the course.

    Aloha everyone,

I’m Sonny and I have a lot of experience writing scripts – spec and for production companies. I work with a writing partner on movie and streaming content. As international writers it is much harder to get a script in front of an A list actor than working in Hollywood as SAG writers – so after finally having a good agent, we want to write the scripts to win the actors we envision for the characters. I have worked for a while in stunt development and as 2nd unit director.

Hi guys, I think I posted in the wrong place. My name is Michael and I live in NYC; I’m interested in creating great characters like everyone else. I’m a wedding photographer and videographer and of course, I do a little acting here in New York.

    Hi, all!

I’m Claudia and I am a retired BigLaw attorney. I’ve written one screenplay that has had some moderate success in contests (3 quarterfinalists) but I know I need to elevate the characters to get it to the next level. So here I am. (I am also working on a second screenplay.)

Looking forward to digging into this class!
