Hi!
I’m Tracy Nelson Fleming and I’ve written one full script several years ago. I joined the class because I’ve always had an idea for a spy thriller and I want to actually write it. I’m hoping to learn the thriller map and how to apply it to various ideas. I’m a teacher and worked and lived in China, South Korea and Hong Kong from 2015-2020.
Good to meet everyone 🙂

Hi All,
My name is Dianna. I have written about 20 scripts maybe more. I am a comedy and drama writer, but would LOVE to become adept at writing good thrillers. I always get caught up in trying to do red herrings when I write thrillers and my scripts get unwieldy. Something unique about me, or maybe not so unique – I like to listen to the Air Crash Investigation tv show and fall asleep to terrible accidents. Don’t ask me why. 🙂Thanks

1. Name? Pete Feliz
2. How many scripts you’ve written? 4 screenplays, 1 play & way too many unfinished whatevers
3. What you hope to get out of the class? An Oscar AND a Nobel prize for Literature. Actually want to be able to learn and codify the elements of a thriller.
4. Something unique, special, strange or unusual about you? My abject and utter blandness

Dear Friends and Colleagues:
I am Robert R. Smith. I am a playwright whose stage play “Angels in Gangland” was performed as a Zoom Production, the recording of which won the Best Feature Film Award at the Cecil County Independent film festival. I am completing what I hope will be a final draft of the screen adaptation of the play. I like writing the gangster genre but want learn how to do so as gangster thrillers. I have initial notes to a sequel to “Angels in Gangland” as well as notes for another and an outline for a courtroom thriller.
I am excited about the class and getting to know my classmates.
Bob
