What I learned doing this assignment: Well… AI certainly generated something I’m not sure I would have come up with. I’m not sure about the “delve into” part… but I’m going to sit on it before I start pulling things apart. It does convey a lot of what I wanted to get across about this community and how there’s a negative feedback loop that drives lonely people to deeper and deeper despair. I’m eager to see how things progress from here!

What I learned by doing this assignment is that AI can do remarkable analyses that I would never be able to do in such a short amount of time. This sounds like an outstanding series that I would watch myself. Writing it might be a different story.

What I learned from this assignment is that my story has many layers, and many angles/perspectives from which the story could begin. I did the assignment telling the story from the Meta Layer, but I do feel like the audience would be introduced to the story through the very personal layer of the main characters. I’m struggling to get details in for both of those perspectives and layers in a way that honors the interesting circumstances of the main characters, as well as explains the meta story which is effecting the whole planet around them. So I am gonna leave one version here and keep meditating on this.

What I learned doing this assignment is…some things were new as in “Audience”—hadn’t written it yet. I knew it would be for adults. So, should I write a further description of the types of adults? I might be missing something and I am looking forward to further exercises.

Also, with regards to the week 7 video replay on this module, Hal mentioned writing in lower levels to gain interest and make sure it’s easily understood. I have heard 10^th grade is good–as in YA novels that adults enjoy as they are an easy read. Hal stated at his former company: 6^th grade. I played with this in AI as you can see below.
