INT. JACK’S APARTMENT – DAY
Jack has Elsie sitting on the stack of books, tied to the chair.
JACK
Kid, I don’t know what to do. I’ve got to find
some kind of work, otherwise we’re going to
run out of money and starve.
He pulls out his phone to search for day care.
JACK
Are these people crazy? Who can afford to have
their kid in a day care? Come on, we’re going
shopping.
