Subject line: Jeremy Unique Action!

What I learned doing this assignment is there are many ways to twist a story.

1. Looking at your entire story, what is unique about each of these places:

1. Environment: Guardian Angels are in the unseen portion of the world and follow around humans as their protectors.
2. Rules: Angels can help protect their principal by breaking the barrier that divides the planes of existence.
3. Villain: Birchwood has lots of money and can get professional killers on the drop of a dime.
4. Mission: Jackie needs to stay alive and get the 10-million-dollar bounty on his head.
5. Struggle: With killers coming at Jackie from all sides, his Guardian Angel is working overtime.
6. Unique Skillset: Jackie is a crack shot; however, he is not good at hand-to-hand fighting. The unique skillset that Jackie has, is a Guardian Angel that keeps him alive.
7. Meaning: However, many assassins Jackie kills, gets him closer to him giving the payout to Shelly.
8. Allies: Yael, Abuela, his Trans Am.
9. Weapon: The Divine Revolver from God’s armory.
2. Brainstorm ways to make one or more of those places unique:
• A. What if; Villain: More Guardian Angels put up a fight for their human Principals? Weapon: What if Jackie had more guns from the Arsenal?
• B. Take to an extreme. Weapon: If Jackie had Angelic Sniper rifles, sub-machine guns, rockets?
• C. Specific to character or environment. Rules: What if Jackie could see the Angels that follow around their human counterparts?
• D. Shocking or Surprising. Mission: As Jackie kills the hitmen, he could also kill off their Angel Guardians as well.
• E. Go opposite. Opposite: Angels begin hunting other angels, thus taking out the human as well. An Angel uprising!
• F. What haven’t we seen? We rarely see an action movie involving angels. Now we have a hitman movie with Angels! Even though an action-comedy, it still has plenty of hard-core action.
