I learned how to improve on my understanding of my characters at a deeper level.

    What draws us to
    this character?

Jolyn Robichaux has presence. She steps into a room and
from her fashion, extravagant colors, glamorous hats, and a warm intense
smile just pulls you into her aura. She exudes elegance and grace.

    Traits:

    Determination,
stubbornness. She looks at every obstacle as an opportunity to do
something great, turning lemons into lemonade.

    Subtext:

    She has
a blunt sarcasm that leaves you questioning your own intelligence as you
    search yourself for understanding.

    Flaw:

    Her
    inexperience in business.
    Values: Knowledge,
risks, investing in people and community.
    Irony: She submits
herself to things she won’t normally do to create opportunities for
    success.

    What makes this
the right character for this role? She comes from a family of business
owners, who pointed out her potential for business at an early age.
