    Subject: Andre’s Actor Attractors!

    1. My one-sentence vision for my success from this program.

To learn how to write the best script(s) of my life, so far, by dramatically improving the quality of my writing in the genres of Action, Erotica, and Horror; while having both the Financial and Time resources to travel the world doing so, with colleagues / friends /peers, (the few that I have).

    1. What I learned from doing this assignment is…

Objective: To build intrigue into My lead Characters so that actors will have subtext to play and audiences will experience those amazing reveals that they can’t stop talking about.

Specific things that make my lead Characters intriguing.

Intrigue: Secrets beneath the surface: Clandestine moves, covert activity, underhanded dealing, schemes, lies, secrets, cover ups.

Our focus for this assignment is on intriguing Character layers. To do that, consider 7 possible forms of hidden layers that my lead Characters might have. They are:

Ø Hidden agendas– the Character has a covert plan and is implementing a strategy or taking action to accomplish a goal that affects others without their knowledge.

Ø Competition– The Character is striving to out another for acknowledgement, a prize, profit, power, or some other thing of value.

Ø Conspiracy– A secret plan by two or more people to do something unlawful or harmful. There is an agreement, either spoken or unspoken, to work covertly against someone else.

Ø Secrets– Something they keep hidden or concealed from others that impacts the situation.

Ø Deception– Causing someone to believe something that is not true, especially to gain some personal advantage.

Ø Unspoken Wound– This is traumatic experience with a major loss that haunts the Character and shapes a lot of their coping decisions.

Ø Secret Identity– An identity beneath what the Character appears to be. This could be expressed in the real world (spy, con man, etc.) or it could be an internal state the Character has assigned themselves (silent protestor, hero, saboteur, etc.) that they only imagine.

    Movie Title: The Planetary Prince.

    a. Character Name: BossBitchBaddie “BBB”

    b. Role: Indigos girlfriend.

    c. Hidden agendas:

    i. She wants Power! to be in-Charge. At any cost, including aborting fetus’ within her own body –numerous times.

ii. She beds men in power, especially if they are married; marriage is leverage over them. Getting impregnated by a married man, is lifetime payout; having the child aborted is money and power leverage!

iii. She is aware the system is rigged against men, and she exploits that system and the weaknesses of men to her advantage.

    d. Competition: Seeks power, especially over men, super-specially men of power!

    e. Power over men. Her feminine curvature and toxic mentality are an allure for men, she uses them to her advantage.

    f. Conspiracies: Men are stupid.

    g. Secrets:

    i. Uses sex as a weapon.

ii. She secretly enjoyed her father his friends and work peers watch her. She liked the power she had over them.

iii. Aborted his baby because she feels he isn’t ready to be a father. She is not only dating Indigo. He is her Sunday, Monday, and Wednesday slot (he’s too naïve to notice he has a time and day slot in her life).

iv. She has had multiple abortions (6+) including a pair of twins.

    h. Deception: Good girl act. She aborted his baby prior, the current abortion is because she isn’t 100% confident the baby is his. This is not her first, second, nor third abortion.

    i. Unspoken Wound: Although she is an adult woman, psychologically she is a scared little girl whom never received the correct love from her father. Her mother allowed her father to sexually exploit her, to his peers. Issues of sexual trauma, Taught early how to use sex as a weapon.

    j. Secret Identity: She is a serial killer; she enjoys the right to kill babies, because males can’t. Killing babies is a right reserved solely to and for females, even without permission from the father.

Serial Killer definition: a person who commits a
series of murders (abortions), often with no apparent motive (although the
motive for our lead female BBB is power, with money being means to survival) and
typically follows a characteristic, predictable behavior pattern (unprotected
promiscuous sex with powerful wealthy married men). Our female serial killer.

    2. Give an idea of how this Character’s subtext might show up in my movie.

    She consistently engages in
unprotected promiscuous sex, especially with powerful-wealthy-married-men, with the intent to entrap by getting pregnant.

    Movie Title: The Planetary Prince

    a. Character Name: ASCLEPIUS

    b. Role: Abortionist.

    c. Hidden agendas: Serial killer. Killer other men’s children.

    d. Competition: There is no competition, God complex. Abortion is between a woman, her doctor (that’s Me), and the government (and I own the government, they are my pocket puppets).

    e. Conspiracies: Was struck with a bolt of lightning by Zeus for not bringing over souls, but healing them.

    f. Secrets: Power to save lives, or kill them. Thus the medical symbol.

    g. Deception: Science and Technology to bring life to the living dead.

    h. Unspoken Wound: Never again Zeus! You want lives, you get lives.

    i. Secret Identity: Abortion is between a woman, her doctor, and the government (hush-hush, but not the father!).

    1. Give an idea of how that Character’s subtext might show up in my movie.

Asclepius intentionally aborts the unborn children of other men, and uses those aborted fetuses for his science experiments. The greatest science experiment is the admixture <i style=”background-color: transparent; font-family: inherit; font-size: inherit; color: var(–bb-body-text-color);”>with anti-matter to create the Anti-Christ. His lobbying efforts are paying off!

    Movie Title: The Planetary Prince

    a. Character Name: INDIGO

    b. Role: Our Human Protagonist.

    c. Hidden agendas: To figure out what happened to him those moments of unconsciousness during the accident.

    d. Competition: He has actually given up on this world of illusion. Finding his way out is his goal. He’s been abandoned!

    e. Conspiracies: The false conspiracy is that he is crazy. When in fact, they the system puppet-tools are ignorant to that which is not in their textbooks of approval.

    f. Secrets: He sees beyond the veil.

    g. Deception: Betrayed of Trust.

    h. Unspoken Wound: Fatherhood abandonment. Spinal cord injury.

    i. Secret Identity: He is angry with the system he trusted, yet they discarded him and intentionally ruined him-character assassination.

Give an idea of how that Character’s subtext might show up in my movie.

When he “wins” the lottery to participate in jury-duty, and scribe the case, he remembers the voice from the night of the accident-it is Lucifer’s voice. Indigo’s life was spared that night as a pawn play; for his talent in writing, his issues with abandonment by his father, and his then unknown abortion of his child he didn’t know about at the time.

    Character Name: The Planetary Prince.

    Role: Our Transformational Character/Antagonist Angel.

    Hidden agendas:

Ø With a maximum of intelligence and a vast experience in universe affairs, went astray—embraced sin; Sin is a deliberate transgression of the divine will; it is ritual, not rational, an act, not a thought. Sin is potential in all realms where imperfect beings are endowed with the ability to choose between good and evil. The very conflicting presence of truth and untruth, fact and falsehood, constitutes the potentiality of error. The deliberate choice of evil constitutes sin; the willful rejection of truth is Error; the persistent pursuit of Sin and Error is Iniquity.

Ø Satan is allowed to make periodic visits to the Apostate Princes on the fallen worlds, until another Son of God should be accepted by such apostate worlds, or until such time as the COURTS OF UVERSA should begin the adjudication of the case of Gabriel vs. Lucifer.

Competition: And I beheld Satan fall as Lightning from Heaven. He had come with Lucifer to Earth (Urantia) for the last crucial struggle.

    Conspiracies:

Ø Liberty. Stemming from the Lucifer Rebellion is the consequences of the Default of Divine Plan, resulting in Miscarriage of Adam and Eve; the Default of Trust.

Ø Of all the perplexing problems growing out of the Lucifer rebellion, none has occasioned more difficulty than the failure of immature evolutionary mortals to distinguish between True and False liberty.

o True Liberty is the quest of the ages and the reward of evolutionary progress.

o False Liberty is the subtle deception of the error of time and the evil of space.

o Enduring Liberty is predicated on the reality of justice—intelligence, maturity, fraternity, and equity.

Perfecting the divine plan requires presentation of ALL of the facts with Justice, Mercy, and Love.

    Secrets:

Ø The serious obstacle to the good influence of such extraplanetary teachers is the tendency of mortals to regard them as gods, but aside from the technique of their appearance on earth the Caligastia one hundred—fifty men and fifty women—did not resort to supernatural methods nor superhuman manipulations.

Ø But the corporeal staff were nonetheless superhuman.

    Deception:

    Ø The Charges

    o Charge1: Personality Pride.

o Charge2: Default of Divine Plan resulting in Miscarriage of Adam and Eve, miscarriage of divine plan.

o Charge3: Devil made me do it. The doctrine of a personal devil on Earth.

    o Charge4: Contempt for Truth.

    o Charge5: Default / Violation of Trust.

o Charge6: Accelerate the process of social evolution, bypassing the divine plan.

    o Charge7: Individual Liberty…

    o Charge 8: Ultra-individualistic.

o Charge9: Planetary civilization progressed in a fairly normal manner for almost 300,000 years.

Aside from being a life-modification sphere and therefore subject to numerous irregularities and unusual episodes of evolutionary fluctuation, earth progressed very satisfactorily in its planetary career up to the times of Lucifer Rebellion and the concurrent Caligastia betrayal.

All subsequent history is definitely modified by this catastrophic blunder as well as by the later failure of Adam and Eve and Eve to fulfill their planetary mission.

Unspoken Wound: had they not lost contact with the life circuits through rebellion, they would have lived on indefinitely until the arrival of a subsequent Son of God, or until their sometime later release to resume the interrupted journey.

The universe personalities look with peculiar disdain upon Prince Caligastia because of his premeditated betrayal of TRUST. CREATOR SON: (voicing this contempt) You Caligastia are like your leader, Lucifer, and you have sinfully perpetuated his iniquity. He was a falsifier from the beginning of his self-exaltation because he abode not in the truth”.

In all administrative work of a local universe, no high trust is deemed more sacred than that reposed in a Planetary Prince who assumes responsibility for the welfare and guidance of the evolving mortals on a newly inhabited world. And of all forms of evil, none are more destructive of personality status than betrayal of trust and disloyalty to one’s confiding friends.

Secret Identity: The Devil. Not Lucifer, not Satan. A different and unique personality.

Ø Lucifer was #37 of his order, and when commissioned by the Melchizedek’s, he was designated as one of the One-Hundred most able and brilliant personalities in more than seven-hundred thousand of his kind.

Ø Very little was heard of LUCIFER on Urantia owing to the fact that he assigned his First Lieutenant, SATAN, to advocate his cause on our planet.

Ø SATAN is a member of the same primary group of Lanonandeks as Caligastia, but has never functioned as a System Sovereign; he enters fully into the Lucifer insurrection.

Ø The “devil” is the deposed Planetary Prince.

Ø Lucifer, Satan, and Caligastia were leaguered together to effect the miscarriage of his bestowal mission; but they signally failed. The dragon eventually became the symbolic representation of all these evil personages.

Give an idea of how that Character’s subtext might show up in my movie.

Ø The Caligastia One-Hundred were personally immortal, or undying, and invisible to mortals. And they were non-flesh eaters, they did not eat meat.

Ø The first hearing in the pending case of Gabriel vs. Lucifer has already been held; soon thereafter there was issued the mandate of the Ancients of Days directing that Satan be henceforth confined to the prison world with Lucifer. That prison world, being Earth. —add that he cannot tempt unless one desires the temptation—–.

    In God We Trust printed
upon all currency? Profit driven medicine? What could possibly go wrong?

      update…

Character Name: LUCIFER Role: Antagonist/Protagonist Transformational Character

Hidden agendas: To perfect the defunct and retarded strains of humanity.

      Competition: Michael of Salvington.

Conspiracies: Main conspiracy is that Lucifer and
Company are guilty of man’s own doing of sin and evil. When in fact, or
research, and the time lag of mercy aka due process has proven and will prove
that his intervention improved the degenerate strains of humanity.

      Secrets: Lucifer was a magnificent being, a brilliant personality;
he stood next to the Most-High Fathers of the constellations in the direct
      line of universe authority
      . Notwithstanding Lucifer’s transgression,
subordinate intelligences refrained from showing him disrespect and disdain.

Deception: Lucifer and his first assistant, Satan, had reigned on
Jerusem for more than five-hundred thousand years, when in their hearts, they
began to array themselves against the Universal Father and his then
      vicegerent Son Michael of Salvington.

Lucifer’s folly was the attempt to do the non-doable, to short-circuit time in an experiential universe.

Lucifer’s crime was the attempted creative disenfranchisement of every personality in Satania, the unrecognized abridgment of the creature’s personal participation—freewill participation—in the long evolutionary struggle to attain the status of light and life both individually and collectively.

In so doing, this onetime Sovereign of your system set the temporal purpose of his own will directly athwart the eternal purpose of God’s will, as it is revealed in the bestowal of free will, upon all personal creatures.

      Unspoken Wound: With the
passing of twenty-five thousand years of system time (twenty thousand years of
UrantiaEarth time), the Melchizedeks began to teach that the good resulting from
Lucifer’s folly had come to equal the evil incurred.

      Secret
      Identity
      : Invisible to mortals.

      Character Name: The DEVIL.

      Role:

Antagonist Angel – possibly Transformational Character.

      Hidden agendas:

The “devil” is the deposed Planetary Prince.

Disruption of the Teaching Regime: Sin on Urantia did very little to delay biologic evolution, but it did operate to deprive the mortal races of the full benefit of the Adamic inheritance.

Sin enormously retards intellectual development, moral growth, social progress, and mass spiritual attainment.

But Sin does not prevent the highest spiritual achievement by any individual who chooses to know God and sincerely do his divine will- freewill of choice.

And it is this freewill of choice that is in danger of being taken.

Evil and Sin visit their consequences in material and social realms and may sometimes even retard spiritual progress on certain levels of universe reality, but never does the sin of any being rob another of the realization of the divine right of personality survival.

Eternal survival can be jeopardized only by the decisions of the mind and the choice of the soul of the individual himself.

      § Evil…

      § Error…

      § Iniquity…

      Competition:

And I beheld Satan fall as Lightning from Heaven. He had come with Lucifer to Earth (Urantia) for the last crucial struggle.

      Conspiracies:

Liberty. Stemming from the Lucifer Rebellion is the consequences of the Default of Divine Plan, resulting in Miscarriage of Adam and Eve; the Default of Trust.

But the corporeal staff were nonetheless superhuman.

He was ultra-individualistic. No real fault was ever found in him up to the time of his shameful betrayal of Urantia.

He was inclined to take sides with almost every party of protest, and he was usually sympathetic with those who gave mild expression to implied criticism. We detect the early appearance of this tendency to be restless under authority, to mildly resent all forms of supervision.

      Deception:

      The Charges

      Charge1: Personality Pride.

Charge2: Default of Divine Plan resulting in Miscarriage of Adam and Eve, miscarriage of divine plan.

Charge3: Devil made me do it. The doctrine of a personal devil on Earth.

      Charge4: Contempt for Truth.

Charge5: Default / Violation of Trust.

Charge6: Accelerate the process of social evolution, bypassing the divine plan.

    Assignment : Module 3: Lesson 4

Vision: I want to write a smart, well-written, and blockbuster script which I can then produce and direct.

What I learned from doing this assignment is: how my characters have more depth.

Subject Line: WIM – Vernall Ritchey – Character Intrigue

    · Character Name: Kyla

    · Subtext Identity: Hidden Demonic Malevolence

    · Subtext Trait: Demonic, Cruel, Evil, Immoral, Invasive, Sadistic, Manipulative

    · Subtext Logline: Kyla hides her Demonic Malevolence but her demonic, cruel, evil, immoral, invasive, sadistic, and manipulativeness subtly shows.

    · Unspoken Wound: What if Kyla was actually the one who was possessed and didn’t know it?

    · Possible Areas of Subtext: Kyla

    Subtle Gestures:

    · Kyla, with her seemingly innocent gestures, always carries a small cross necklace. However, there are moments where she clutches it tightly, revealing an inner turmoil.

    · Kyla’s attentive caregiving takes a darker turn as she exhibits subtle, unsettling behaviors. Her touch becomes invasive, and her gaze lingers a little too long, creating an eerie atmosphere around her character.

    · Kyla’s caring gestures become increasingly possessive. A gentle touch transforms into a grip that borders on the invasive, reflecting the growing influence of the demonic entity within her.

    · Kyla’s caring demeanor masks subtle, sinister undertones that are expressed through small, seemingly innocent actions.

    · A fleeting flicker of shadow across her eyes as she speaks of faith.

    · A delicate brushing of her fingers against a holy object, followed by a quick withdrawal and a barely-there smirk.

    · Offering Father Gill water with a hand that lingers a touch too long, a hint of predatory hunger in her gaze.

Mod 3: Lesson 4 Character Intrigue

    Margaret Donner

My Vision: I find the time to create well-written scripts that will sell and be produced

What I learned: I am learning so much about my characters with these exercises! Love that my characters surprise me!

The Knowledge Keeper – TITLE OF SCRIPT

    Character Name: Arthur Pelias

    Role: Protagonist

Hidden agendas: Conspiracies, secrets, deception, unspoken wound, secret identity.

Arthur has all of these hidden agendas. Conspiracy with The Knowledge Keeper to bring passion back to his world. Secrets and deception as he pretends that he is still “normal.” His unspoken wound is the love he feels for the woman in the past, who dies in his arms. His secret identity becomes revealed at the end as he is shown to be King Arthur of Camelot.

    Character Name: The Knowledge Keeper

    Role: Triangle Character

Hidden Agendas: Conspiracies, secrets, deception, unspoken wound, secret identity.

The Knowledge Keeper also has all of these hidden agendas. He conspires with Arthur to create a new world on Earth. He keeps secrets from both the robots, the Computer God, and even Arthur. His unspoken wound is that he is lonely. His secret identity is that he is the wizard known as Merlin.

    Character Name: Mathilda

    Role: Antagonist

    Hidden Agendas: Secrets, competition.

Mathilda is a robot who is designed to watch over Arthur Pelias’ family and keep them in line. She goes against Arthur and The Knowledge Keeper all the time and spies on Arthur when she begins to wonder if he is up to something. She mobilizes the army of robots against them and eventually has Arthur captured.

In the end however, a bit of humanity will awaken in this character….I am toying with the idea that Mathilda will be the only one who chooses to join Arthur and go through the portal and become fully human. That is the secret, that Mathilda begins to long for something more than to be a programmed robot.

Subject Line: John P. Hallar’s Characters Intrigue.

My vision: To be a successful, highly sought after, highly paid writer who has had multiple movies produced and optioned.

What I learned from doing this assignment is: How to build intrigue into my characters.

    * Character Name: Melody Burton
    * Role: Protagonist/Former Jazz Singer
    * Area(s) of Intrigue/Subtext:
    * Unspoken Wound – Melody had a chance to travel the world but got pregnant with Eve. She was on the “Eve” of her success when she had to cancel the tour due to complications with the pregnancy. She quietly resents Eve for this.
    * Secret(s) – Eve is named after the event that caused Melody to miss a major tour and career move. Melody, as a child prodigy at the conservatory, refused to help play at a fund raiser to help raise money.
    * Hidden Agenda(s) – Melody’s drive to save the conservatory is driven by one of the secrets lists above.

How might the subtext show up in the movie?
For the Unspoken Wound & Secret, later in the movie during an argument scene with Melody and Eve, Melody blurts out that Eve was the reason she couldn’t travel for a tour that would’ve launched her career and she named her Eve, so she’d never forget it! As for the Hidden Agenda, it comes out later, after the fund raiser and success of the concert, that she did not help the conservatory when they asked.

    * Character Name: Jim Mitchel
    * Role: Buddy
    * Area(s) of Intrigue/Subtext:
    * Hidden Agenda(s) –
Jim as always wanted to be a musician, guitarist. He’d give up being a caregiver in a heartbeat if an opportunity came his way. Maybe it finally has.
    * Unspoken Wound – Jim was going to the conservatory when he closed due to funding.

How might the subtext show up in the movie?
For the Hidden Secret, it could come out after the performance,
one of the producers that Jim was wanting to work with but would never give him
the light of day, comes up to him and says, “I think we can make this work or
something like that.” For the Unspoken Wound, Jim tells Melody that he was
going to school at the conservatory when it closed.
