b. What is the Insight about this character? He is new to the Santa role and knows what he knows based on the training of the previous Santa.
c. What Action and Description will sell this character? He is fighting his weakness and self doubt. He is frustrated over not knowing what to do in challenging situations.

The scene is when the elves and Santa regroup after an attack from the demons and Krampus.
