What I learned: I did not really like writing with a timer, but pushed myself to work this way. It is a process!

Andre Begins ACT 2.
1. State to Activity empowerment process
• State: It is so much fun… (but it is not when not getting paid)
• Activity: … to race with time (I do not believe this)
2. Write 6 to 10 pages a day (even not being compensated by a multi-BILLION industry) in the next two days, AND use a timer that I paid for with my own money to write faster as if it matters.
3. Tell of my experience. Not enjoyable. Where’s the money? Motion picture industry is dead.
4. My vision for this program is dead on arrival. Based on the reality of the lack of compensation from said industry, including woke politics.
5. What I learned doing this assignment is I am not a speed writer, I am a qualitative writer. And yes Octavia Butler was/is a great writer. Persistence without expectation of result perhaps.
