Mike Continuing Act 3
My Vision is to write an original screenplay, make a couple of calls to pitch it, to start a bidding war.
I learned from this lesson to keep telling myself to stay the course and finish Act 3 without veering off course.

Pat’s Continuing Act 3
My vision is to have fun completing this class with a contest-winning script that will establish me as a courageous and original writer. What I learned is that my creativity is wide open while I follow my outline. Ideas and deeper layers that I never thought of during the outline process keep appearing on the page. It has served me well to proceed without knowing all the answers.
How’s it going? Great. I’ve never had more fun writing a first draft and that has a lot to do with letting go of perfection. What’s important is getting the story on the page.

ET’s Completing of Act III
Vision: To be recognized for my best work, including with money.
Lesson: Posted in previous lesson — really enjoying this process. I’m well into Act IV, and I can see the end of the first draft from here! Maybe not before tomorrow’s class, but I’m on my way. -
Margaret’s Continuing Act 3
My Vision: To write profound faith-based screenplays that are produced.
What I learned: I was tempted to stray from the outline. After I wrote a scene heading off in a different direction, I realized my error and deleted the scene.
How is it going: Staying true to the outline 🙂 On page 62. -
Subject: Monica Continuing Act 3
VISION: I am a very successful screenwriter who has had multiple movies made.
What I learned from doing this assignment is not to quit – I will never quit – I’m too close to success.
Tell us how it is going for you.
There was a part of my outline where I thought, this doesn’t make sense. But I made a note and re-tooled what I wanted to say and kept going.

Suni Pappu Continuing Act 3
My Vision: I’m a successful produced writer who specializes in female-led thrillers.
“What I learned from doing this assignment is… to keep moving forward and not quit. I knew that I had to just honor my outline and write a 30% quality draft. Without overthinking it I kept writing to finish 6 more pages of my Act 3.

David Z Continuing Act 3
Vision:
I am an interesting, dependable, successful writer that people love to work with. What I learned from doing this assignment is what if it's not five pages… what if I finished Act 3 in 2 pages? What if I need to add more… I'm slowly learning to allow that to happen… as I have found out that if the screenplay is too short at least it's finished and can be expanded and perfected in subsequent scenes… so that's what I'm learning and how it's going in a nutshell

WIM+AI – Module 5 – Lesson 10
Robin’s: Continue Act 3. Next 6 – 10 Pages.
My Vision
I aim to make my writing flow naturally, like second nature, crafting stories that resonate globally and leave a mark, backed by a supportive team.
What I Learned
I appreciate today's quote. I never quit, and moving forward is an awesome goal.
My Process
My writing is progressing at a pace that makes me happy. I'm producing new scenes; some have legs but can’t quite run yet, while others are only crawling. Forward I go.
Interestingly, I haven't read anything I've written yet. This feels strange to me. I may do some light spell-checking, but I'm not reading—just following and trusting my outline. I understand the idea of skipping around if I get stuck, but so far, I'm inspired by the speed rules and haven't felt the need to skip over anything I haven't fully thought through. I'll figure it out later. For now, I'm driven by forward momentum, and I'm digging that.

James Continuing Act 3
My Vision: I am a great writer who is recognized by the industry as an exceptional collaborator able to elevate any project into production and have maximum success.
What I learned from doing this assignment is…that working with a timer helped, but I found myself going over the ten minutes. Time really does fly, especially when you’re having fun. I noticed I completed scenes in about 15 minutes, which is faster than what I was used to. I find myself trying to add details, then I quickly realize this is a 30% draft.

Terrie’s Continuing Act 3
What I learned from this assignment is that I’m able to write more than I anticipate.
I’m still not ‘caught up’ but I’ve only 4 scenes left and there will be relatively short scenes. -
Kathryn's Continuing Act 3
I choose to be a highly creative and energized writer who makes big movies and loves her life working with the most creative people in the world.
Finished all this a while ago but was on the move and too busy to post. It went well, and I loved using writing sprints to power through and keep me mindful of writing at a lower quality than I'm used to.

Jan’s Continuing Act 3
Uh oh. I hit a wall here. I found myself revisiting my outline and made some alterations that I felt were dictated by the previous acts I had written.
My Vision: I am a talented and strong writer with a unique voice, recognized by the movie industry with multiple screenplays produced.
What I learned from this assignment was it is important to keep to the outline as written, though it was easy to change some of it as I moved forward

Mary Continuing Act 3
My vision: I am a leading creator of relatable family-friendly stories with compelling, authentic and unique characters.
I found that if I was stuck on a scene and it wasn’t flowing, that I brainstormed it during one session, and then slept on it and wrote it the next session and it came and flowed much more easily.-

What I learned: Finding time or energy to write seems easier than battling the emotions to write. Even just mechanical writing challenges me!
