Elizabeth Cochrell’s Meaningful Action
What I learned doing this assignment is that adding meaning through action makes it way more entertaining and interesting! I’m doing this with more scenes but want to catch up on the lessons…
Scene 26 Meaning: Mayor Frank is starting to crumble under the pressure and not only will his sex addiction ruin his political career but it will put him and his son in danger as well.
Action: A photographer tries to take photos of the mayor at the sex club, Frank smashes the man’s camera and points a gun at him. The man runs away but comes back shooting at him and Bradley.
Scene 77 Meaning: Misha is angry that Rebeca has left her.
Action: Misha smashes the photos of them together, drinks, does her nails and calls her coach to cancel training.
Scene 78: Misha is furious that she has been disqualified from the MMA event after she decided to do it without Rebecca around. Teaching Goldie on the party bus becomes the start of her women’s self-defense retreat.
Action: Goldie is mauled by the bachelor party guys on the party bus and Misha teaches her some moves right then and they fight their way to escape the drunken partiers.

Elizabeth Cochrell, Elevated Scene Structure
What I learned from this is that it’s really fun making each scene a beginning middle and end! I changed one scene in the dressing room of the two strippers to a more interesting ride in a bachelor Party Van. It creates suspense for how Misha will deal with the disqualification of the match.
Thanks ScreenwritingU, I love my movie again, xo Elizabeth:)
INT. BACHELOR PARTY VAN – NIGHT
A rowdy bunch of guys surround Goldie and Misha as they cling to their poles grooving to the music.
Misha looks sad and tipsy, the guys are slapping their butts while they stuff bills in their g-strings and tops.
Goldie and Misha chat.
GOLDIE
Aww girl I’m so sorry they won’t let you fight.
MISHA
Fuck it, nothing good ever happens for me.
The familiar rage wells up and Misha jumps onto the guy’s laps, crawling, kissing, and pummeling guys with her boobs.
Goldie bends down to Misha on the couch.
GOLDIE
Wait a minute, what’s your mission again?
Goldie pats her shoulder, her eyes wide in fear. The guys are tearing her top off going for her g-string.
MISHA
Why does everything have to be so fucking hard?
Misha leaps into action, teaches Goldie some moves and they kick the young drunk horn dogs to shreds.
The dancers get off the bus laughing.

Elizabeth Cochrell’s Scene Ratings
What I learned with exercise is now I have a better view of the flow of the story and found that the two scenes where Misha is bummed out need to be more entertaining!
Also there are some scenes that I may change or eliminate because they are just explaining the story not showing.

Elizabeth Cochrell’s outline to script.
What I learned is that feedback from different genders and personalities refreshes my interest in the story again and the changes gave it more complexity of emotions and meaning.
Thanks Lora and James!
The main changes are:
*Misha learns to be more empathetic through Rebecca’s positive spirit and has more compassion for Rebecca’s suffering at Emily’s cold hearted treatment.
*Misha goal for being a good mother now has more depth.
*I also and added more fun and humor.
*I subtracted 2 scenes which didn’t move the story forward.
*I created 4 new scenes to add more depth and purpose for Misha the main character.
I’m most proud of where Misha teaches a fun kickboxing class to kids and when one of the mothers picks up her cute son, Misha see’s she has been beaten, which makes Misha goal of opening a women’s shelter more meaningful.
*I also changed scenes where Emily bully’s Rebecca towards the end, the teen fights back with the skills she learned from Misha which gives her more of a character arc.
Now I think I will need to trim it down but that’s easier than trying to make it more entertaining!

Hey anybody, I got great feedback from Lora and in the next day or two will need to switch feedback from someone else, my dark and compelling drama about a stripper, her daughter and twisted step parents outline is 11 pages. Anybody interested?
Thanks for your consideration and let me know, xo E:)

Eliabeth Cochrell’s fascinating Scene Outline!
What I learned from this exercise was that adding interest techniques to the scenes gave me ideas to change what I didn’t like about the second act and the ending.
It also helped me make the relationship between the Mayor and Bradley more sinister and illuminate antagonist Emily’s backstory as a professional boxer.
I added to the scene where Emily finds Rebecca’s album filled with MIsha’s fight articles under her bed in the mansion and rips the album up with her bare hands out of jealousy. Also added a next day scene where Emily demonstrates her skills in martial arts and boxing in a gym where she makes friends with Misha’s nasty future opponent in the MMA fight she enters.
Sorry so late, I’ll catch up soon!

LESSON EIGHT POST
Elizabeth Cochrell Elevates Lead Characters!
What I learned from this lesson is that since the name is “Mom Fight” I need to deliver on the pitch so I made Emily the antagonist physically stronger and more interesting.
She is now a Michelle Obamma/Lela Ali type ex-professional boxer and extremely manipulative. I envisioned the perfect actress would be Zoe Saldana or Kerry Washington who are 45 and 46yrs old to play the 50 year old Mayor’s wife. It will make Emily more jealous when she see’s Misha getting all the attention on TV about her pro MMA fight.
This also shows how powerful and scary Emily is to Rebecca so it takes a lot of courage for Rebecca to stand up to her in the end.
Emily is young for her role but Mayor Frank would marry a very young celebrity type woman. Also it will be a more even physical fight between the two mom’s when Misha goes up to rescue Rebecca. Which means I have to change the ending fight scene.
Also then that would make Bradley half black half white which subtly shows how he could not be Rebecca’s father since Misha, Rebecca and Frank are Caucasian blondes.
I also made it so Emily makes Rebecca so depressed with drugs that she seems suicidal and Emily can logically keep Rebecca under home lockdown.
-
LESSON SEVEN POST
Elizabeth Cochrell Solves Major Problems
What I learned from this assignment is I become more clear about the message of my story when I make the conflict bigger and more dramatic. I was afraid to put my leads into really personally uncomfortable situations, I was too nice which made it boring!
I RAISED THE CONFLICT MORE BY:
Rebecca is so sensitive about what people think of her that she lies to everyone and even keeps it a secret that she knows Frank molested her.
I added a scene where she talks to her rescue dog Pitty showing how she doesn’t trust people at all.
I added a scene where Misha thinks Rebecca was dealing drugs when Misha gets arrested for the drugs that the detectives planted in her kitchen.
Emily is way more evil now. She lies and influences authorities with her connections to stay in control of Rebecca even to the point of telling Frank to shoot Misha at the showdown.
I SHOWED BIG CHARACTER CHANGES OF THE LEADS BY:
Misha puts effort into her business idea, which she’s never done before when Emily gets her knocked off the event. But I need to show how Misha has mellowed out her temper by the end.
I added a scene where Misha and Goldie do a self-defense/yoga presentation for the rich ladies who say yes they will invest if she agrees to do the MMA event. They used their power to get her re-instated because she took care of their dogs when Rebecca went away.
In Act 3 when Rebecca finds out that Misha didn’t want to get rid of her and see’s Franks sex room, and Emily tries to manipulate her again she changes in a big way. Rebecca finds the courage to admit the truth and know it’s not her fault by the end.

Elizabeth’s Outline Improvement.
What I learned from this exercise is that the two leads did not have much of a change of character so I added scenes:
I added moments that show how Rebecca worries too much about what people think of her.
Rebecca finally sticks up for herself and admits that Frank molested her when she was too ashamed to tell anybody before.
I also added a scene where Misha sits down and makes a business plan then goes to see the rich women to ask them for help on starting her women’s retreat, which she has never done before.
Also I needed to have Frank spoil Rebecca in front of Emily the antagonist and abuse her emotionally in order to justify Emily’s cruelty towards Rebecca while keeping Rebecca under house arrest.

Elizabeth Cochrell, Character Profiles
What I learned in this exercise is that when I clarify their needs and flaws I come up with more interesting emotional moments!
MISHA TAYLOR 30 YRS OLD.
Role in the Story: Protagonist trying to get her shit together so she can take care of her runaway lost daughter. She trains for a dangerous MMA event and figures out how to fund raise for her women’s shelter.
Core Traits: A loner who tries to do what’s right. Usually takes action only when she is angry about something. Expresses herself by playing music or dancing when happy, hits the punching bag when worried and disciplines herself with yoga to calm down.
Motivation: Want = make enough money to quit stripping and open her women’s shelter. Need= self-esteem, believe she can do more than strip or be a prostitute.
Flaw/Wound: Flaw = Can’t control her rage when she is disrespected. Wound = Shame, her father who taught her martial arts abused her and her jealous drug addicted mother blamed it on her when she told her about it.
Secret/Hidden Agenda: Secret = She said it was self-defense when the meth addict attacked her with a knife, but the truth is she couldn’t stop herself from beating him to death even though he was already out of it. Hidden Agenda = Punish everyone who deserves it!
Internal Dilemma: She enjoys being a sexy dancer but feels guilty that she doesn’t want to put out for anybody she’s not attracted to.
Misha is perfect for the part because she is the epitome of the alluring strength of a woman who when inspired by motherhood is an exciting example of hope for raising the level of respect for women and equality between the sexes.
REBECCA ROBERTS 15 YRS. OLD.
Role in the Story: Dog whispering daughter who helps Misha develop into a good mother.
Core Traits: Impulsive, caretaker, sensitive, lies to parents.
Motivation: Want/Need: Want = Freedom! Maybe her real mom will give it to her. Need= To feel loved by her mother.
Flaw/Wound: Flaw= She can’t trust anyone but animals. Wound= Low self-esteem when her stepmother told her in anger that she really was the daughter of a drug addict and an orphan.
Secret/Hidden Agenda: Secret= Finally figures out Frank boffs her when she’s unconscious, but feels she deserves it because she thinks it her fault. Hidden Agenda = Make enough money and save it so that she can escape to freedom without anyone telling her what to do.
Internal Dilemma: She really wants to be free and independent but doesn’t know how, she can’t trust adults who give her advice on how to do it.
Rebecca is perfect for the role because she is the most vulnerable victim of a serial sex abuser which transforms her mother Misha’s rage into something more noble towards defeating male chauvinists for the betterment of society.
EMILY ROBERTS 60 YRS OLD.
Role in the Story: Antagonist who tries to demoralize Misha, regain control of her stepdaughter, make sure her corrupt husband stays in power.
Core Traits: Narcissist, Insecure, Controlling, Deceitful Materialistic.
Motivation: Want/Need: Want = Control everything, the family’s high social status and use her husband’s political power. Need= The confidence to survive on her own without her cheating husband.
Flaw/Wound: Flaw= Lack of self-confidence Wound= Her mother said she was a loser because she couldn’t marry a millionaire.
Secret/Hidden Agenda: Secret= She hates Frank for his cheating. Hidden Agenda = Divorce him once she gets Rebecca back so she can get the big alimony benefits and child support.
Internal Dilemma: She wants to suck it up and stay married but can’t stand it when her husband cheats on her and her stepdaughter runs away. So she takes her hate out on her young pretty step daughter.
Emily Roberts is perfect for the role because her selfish soul-draining ways become the driving force that send our heros on their journey to greater self-esteem and happier lives.
MAYOR FRANK ROBERTS 60 YRS OLD.
Role in the Story: Antagonist against women and he gets away with all kinds of women’s abuse because of his money and power.
Core Traits: Charming, Intelligent, Cold Hearted, Sociopathic sex addict.
Motivation: Want/Need: Want = Win the election again. Need= To be able to control women, especially for his sexual gratification.
Flaw/Wound: Flaw= He can’t control his sexual desire. Wound= His mother emotionally abused him as a child.
Secret/Hidden Agenda: Secret= he has been dosing Rebecca and getting sex from her unknown to her because of drugs. Hidden Agenda = He’s been extorting and putting money away to buy an island and escape from the family after this last term is over.
Internal Dilemma: He loves being admired in the spotlight but must hide his true nature from almost everyone he admires or cares about.
Mayor Frank is perfect for the role because he is so despicable that his feminine victims eventually rise up to destroy him in a rage of pride and growth.

Elizabeth Cochrell 4 Act Structure
What I Learned doing this process is that I can give the lead Misha stronger evidence of inner change – She forces herself to be decent to the society ladies in order to get the women’s shelter funded. After she gets disqualified from the MMA fight she’s even more sick of stripping.
Also I need to show Rebecca give up on running away from Emily because she is so hurt thinking that Misha doesn’t want her after she gets kidnapped back by Emily at the midpoint.
I also need to intensify the pervert Mayor going nuts from increased public accusations and ready to abuse the daughter Rebecca to help intensify the ticking clock.
Genre: Drama
Title: Mom Fight
High Concept:
Mom Fight is about what happens when a stripper MMA fighter with a bad temper named Misha tries to take responsibility for her dog-whispering daughter Rebecca, who has run away from her rich and twisted stepmother to be with her.
Main Conflict:
The main conflict is about the jealous stepmother Emily, who’s stuck in a loveless marriage and uses the wealth and political advantages of her husband to de-moralize the stripper fighter in order to make her give up on providing Rebecca with a secure and happy life.
Act 1:
Opening:
Shows how unhappy Michelle is as a fabulous stripper who loses her pay over damages from beating up the patron who wants his money back because she won’t give him sex.
It also shows how miserable Rebecca is – her friends are jealous, her stepmother calls her fat, won’t let her have a dog and her politician dad is a sex abuser.
Inciting Incident:
When Rebecca shows up at the stripper’s home we wonder if Rebecca will run away from her hot headed bio mother too and if stripper Misha will let her stay.
Turning Point:
Sanjay the gym owner offers her the opportunity to make a lot of money in the MMA event but Misha is hesitant to do it until she gets a three-day notice in front of Rebecca. In secret Misha tries to do a high-class prostitution session to pay the bill, but when the trick says he wants anal sex she is so disgusted that she decides to commit to the dangerous MMA event instead.
Act 2:
New Plan:
Misha decides to let Rebecca stay with her and signs up for the event. She gets a loan from Sanjay the promoter to cover her mortgage and urges Rebecca to somehow convince her stepmom Emily to let her go.
Plan in action:
She starts to train regularly for the event, also allows Rebecca to do her dog business idea. Also Misha convinces Rebecca to call her stepmother and reveal where they live after she demonstrates how good at fighting she has become.
Midpoint Turning Point:
Emily tricks Rebecca and Misha and steals Rebecca back to Beverly Hills with the help of crooked detectives. Rebecca’s absence makes Misha realize how much happier she is with her new responsible life and we want Misha to do something to get Rebecca back.
Act 3:
React/Rethink:
At first when Misha thinks Rebecca doesn’t care for her anymore, she wants to get drunk and quit the event. But when the dogs won’t leave, her friends make her self-reflect and she realizes she truly wants to be responsible to Rebecca’s customers she re-enlists in the event. Misha also realizes its not Rebecca that makes her feel better but her new way of training, sticking to commitments and helping friends that gives her satisfaction and self-esteem.
New Plan:
Misha keeps training for the event and takes care of Rebecca’s dog business but still strips.
(Add to Act Three)
As for promotion for the MMA event Misha does a workshop for a mother’s club and gets on the news because they love the self-defense for self-esteem class she teaches. Then a reporter asks her why she is still a stripper?
Turning Point:
(Fix this situation in outline)
Emily gets Misha kicked out of the MMA event because she is jealous when Rebecca is happy watching Misha’s activities on the news, by feeding Misha’s criminal record (that she helped trump up) to the sports authorities.
Misha needs to adopt her inner change in an even bigger way:
(Add to outline after turning point)
After she gets kicked off the event she forces herself to call the mother’s club lady and ask her for help on starting her shelter. She can’t stand the thought of stripping anymore.
Act 4:
Climax/Ultimate Expression Of The Conflict:
In the locker room before the fight event, Bradley tells Misha all truths:
*Mayor Frank is the one who got her pregnant with Rebecca, not Bradley.
*Emily faked Rebecca’s goodbye text to Misha.
*Bradley fears Frank will go for Rebecca soon. (ticking clock)
Although Misha really wants revenge for Emily’s and Frank’s lies and wants to save Rebecca right away, she still fights the dangerous opponent to win the MMA event to fulfill her commitment.
Then right afterwards, in the battle to save Rebecca from Frank and Emily, Misha gets shot and we don’t know if she survives.
(Need to add to climax)
During the big fight, Rebecca is revived from her depression when she protects her wounded real mom Misha from Emily’s attack and refuses the offer of financial security from Emily.
Resolution
Mayor Frank and Bradley go to jail, Misha’s women’s shelter is combined with Rebecca’s dog whispering, and they forgive the now broken and wounded stepmother Emily.

Elizabeth Cochrell’s Project Pitch
What I learned doing this assignment is having more clarity on what is happening beneath the surface of an action-packed and scandalous story. I also came up with a new title from “Mother Love” to “Mom Fight” which is more catchy and gives a better idea of what happens in the movie.
Transformational Journey:
At first, Misha doesn’t feel she is good enough for the task of motherhood because of her past and not-so-profitable risqué career. But in the process of training for the big MMA event she learns to control her temper. Then by allowing Rebecca to run her dog business, Misha learns that having money is not what is good for her daughter but rather being responsible, striving for a meaningful dream and not giving up on herself is what inspires Rebecca to grow and fight for her own happiness.
Opposition:
The opposition is Misha’s internal lack of self-esteem, external society’s general lack of respect for strippers, an entitled materialistic stepmother and the devious finagling of officials willing and able to commit criminal atrocities with money and power.

Dear H Vince,
Thanks for your comments, I love your story and what I would do differently is instead of doing your bio first, just go straight into the hook question because it’s so compelling:
Dear Producer,
Hi my name is H. Vance and I have a question for you. What if you were stuck in a white-walled room day after day in a brown dreary building with someone that claims he has severe depression and that someone is your boss?
Well as an employee in the business world for decades I have spilled my guts in a feature called MENTAL that shows what happens when Allie’s boss dangles that final payday carrot so attractively that it becomes almost impossible for her to escape and she starts to have disturbing hallucinations.
SYNOPSIS:
Instead of a closed-door physical office relationship imagine a mind-altering one and you’ve tried to escape in the past, but he says “Just wait until the finish line and I’ll make it worth your while.” So you keep holding on and on.
Every day his cyclic venting chips away at your own sanity. Are things really happening as you think? The possible payday light at the end of the tunnel becomes even further and foggier for Allie. Then a major turnover happens where the staff doesn’t even respect the boss anymore and they prove it with a humiliating April Fool’s Joke.
Finally, after being told she is delusional but finds a way out anyway, Allie ends up causing a major traffic accident bringing more people down with her than her boss ever did.
BIO:
I am a woman with a business degree and years of experience in the ups and downs of corporate politics. I also wrote entertainment columns for an online publication called ____________.
If this concept interests you, I’d be happy to send you the script. Please see my contact information below. Thank you for your time and consideration.
Dear H., Thanks for letting me practice, hope it helps your next draft…xo Elizabeth:)

Mothe Love Synopsis 2nd Draft
Dear Producer,
I respectfully invite you to come enjoy the enlightening experience of a precocious teen and her mother spiraling through an emotional roller coaster ride from sadness and uncertainty to purpose and belonging when the teen escapes from rich twisted stepparents to be with her real mother who turns out to be an angry stripper MMA fighter.
MOTHER LOVE – Synopsis
Michelle, a gorgeous stripper has just finished a sizzling pole dance performance, but when the bar patron approaches and tries to treat her like a prostitute, she loses it and beats him and his bodyguards to a bloody pulp. Then when her lost daughter Rebecca, miserable from the stress of her stepfather’s political corruption and jealous stepmother’s constant berating, shows up on her doorstep next day, Michelle suddenly yearns for a better life.
Rebecca is momentarily afraid of Michelle but gradually learns she is more like a fun friend, and they do yoga, dancing and self-defense classes together. Michelle even allows Rebecca to adopt an amazing Pit Bull named Pitty and lets her start dog-sitting in her backyard. As Michelle trains for the high-paying MMA event and becomes happier with motherhood, Rebecca screws up so they fight and then they make up.
But stepmom Emily kidnaps Rebecca back to Beverly Hills and tricks them both to think they don’t want to be together. Then the truth comes out that Mayor Frank raped Michelle when she was 14 yrs old and Rebecca is really his daughter. There’s a final showdown between Michelle, Rebecca and the stepparents and by the end, biological mother and daughter have grown into happier people.

MOTHER LOVE, Elizabeth Cochrell Phone Pitch
What I learned is how worthwhile my IMBD Pro membership is when I found Romulus Entertainment. It’s the perfect production company for my script and now I have a little more confidence towards my scriptwriting success.
1. The strategy I will use is the subject matter expertise angle.
2. “Hi my name is Elizabeth Cochrell and I’m a former Penthouse Centerfold, stripper, professional boxer and wonder if I can run a quick pitch by you?”
“It’s a family drama called Mother Love about a stripper MMA fighter who goes through changes when her depressed teen daughter escapes from rich and twisted stepparents to be with her.”
3. The budget range is from 1 to 30 million and I see Jennifer Lawrence as the lead with Raegan Revord as her daughter, Peter Gallagher as the philandering stepfather and Lisa Rinna the malicious stepmother.
The script is 98 pages of the stripper MMA fighter and her teen daughter trying to grow into a new and better life as the stepparents run their wicked interference.
I feel that Mother Love is a fit for Romulus Entertainment because like all of your productions, not only does it entertain but it leaves the audience with hope for transforming wounds in an entertaining emotional rollercoaster ride to a satisfying ending.
In a salute to the MeToo movement, Mother Love exposes child abuse, the complexities of family life, inspires with the benefits and challenges of the fighting sports and teaches the healing benefits of dog ownership.

Elizabeth Cochrell – PITCH FEST PITCH
What I learned from this is that when I think about famous actors for each part, I get a better idea of what the budget would be and can imagine more details to enrich my characters with. It also helps me quickly tell the story when I break it down into three acts.
My name is Elizabeth Cochrell aka Christine Dupree and am the author of a self-help couples book entitled Hot Romantic Escapades for Lovers. I’ve produced female fighting fetish videos for ten years, and have two feature film scripts, with one relationship reality series in development.
MOTHER LOVE – Family Drama
A stripper MMA fighter goes through changes when her depressed teen daughter escapes from rich and twisted stepparents to be with her.
The budget range for Mother Love can go from the quality of a movie like “Girl Fight” (Michelle Rodriguez’s breakout role,) which had a S1,000,000 budget, to a movie with well know actors like “Southpaw” (Jake Gyllenhall, 50 Cent,) which had a $30,000,000 budget.
Possible Actors:
Michelle – Jennifer Lawrence
Rebecca – Raegan Revord from “Young Sheldon” (she loves dogs)
Emily – Lisa Rinna
Mayor Frank – Peter Gallagher, Hugh Grant
ACT ONE: While stripper fighter Michelle struggles to pay bills in San Diego, her depressed teen daughter Rebecca arrives after she escapes from her jealous stepmother Emily and philandering Mayor Frank in Beverly Hills. Michelle revies her fight career while Rebecca discovers she can make money with her dog whispering ability.
ACT TWO: Rebecca is momentarily afraid of Michelle but learns she is more like a fun friend, and they do yoga, dancing and self-defense classes together. Rebecca adopts an amazing Pitt Bull but tends to screw up so they fight and then they make up.
ACT THREE: Emily kidnaps Rebecca back to Beverly Hills and tricks them to think they don’t want to be together. Then the truth comes out that Mayor Frank raped Michelle 15 years ago and Rebecca is his daughter too.
ENDING: There’s a karmically rewarding final showdown between Michelle and stepparents and by the end, biological mother and daughter have grown into happier people.

Elizabeth Cochrell – Lesson Six
What I learned from this assignment is that using hooks to write the synopsis is a great trick for getting what’s most important expressed and makes writing the synopsis much easier!
SYNOPSIS FIRST DRAFT
Although Michelle’s pole dance performance is an ethereal delight, her hatred for being thought of as a prostitute is revealed when she kicks the strip club patron and his two bodyguard’s asses when they follow her into her dressing room wanting sex for his big tips.
Meanwhile, her daughter Rebecca who was taken from Michelle long ago is now a depressed teenage rich girl whose stepmother Emily is jealous that her husband, the charmingly corrupt Mayor of Beverly Hills has a penchant for spoiling their stepdaughter Rebecca these days.
Unable to bear the stress of her stepfather Mayor Frank’s corruption and her wicked stepmom Emily constantly berating her, Rebecca finds where her biological mother Michelle lives and shows up on her doorstep in San Diego.
Rebecca is momentarily afraid when she experiences Michelle’s anger and brutality and slightly contemptuous that Michelle is a stripper, but in comparison to her stepmom Emily, Michelle is an emotional haven who turns out to be like a fun friend that does yoga, dancing and self-defense classes with her and allows her to adopt an amazing Pit Bull named Pitty and lets her start dog sitting in her back yard.
Michelle decides to get sponsored for a high-paying MMA event and becomes happier with motherhood, but Rebecca is used to sneaking around behind a mother’s (Emily’s) back and lies to Michelle to go to a party. Unfortunately, Rebecca’s new friends get her drunk high and she ends up at the police station for her kickboxing destruction of the party house. Cell phone footage of her antics goes viral on the internet and explodes her dog business.
Michelle reacts badly to Rebecca’s fuck-up, which causes Rebecca to run away with the dude Michelle warned her not to trust but she didn’t believe. Sure enough, the dude tries to sell Rebecca to traffickers but luckily her Pit Bull helps her get away and she sneaks back home to Michelle with a new respect for her.
Crooked detectives help Emily kidnap Rebecca back to Beverly Hills and tricks Michelle and Rebecca to think they don’t want to be together anymore. Michelle is so sad Rebecca is gone that she wants to flake on the MMA event but doesn’t because she has become more responsible with Rebecca’s appearance in her life.
Moments before Michelle’s fight event, Michelle finds out that Mayor Frank raped her 15 years ago while she was date drugged and that her daughter Rebecca is actually his daughter too and that Frank may be going after Rebecca sometime soon.
Michelle takes a bloody beating to win the MMA prize money, then immediately goes to rescue Rebecca from her evil stepparents and is possibly killed by Emily in the process. Pitty dishes out karmic retribution when he rips Mayor Frank’s crotch to shreds in the final showdown. As the credits roll we see the reunited mother and stolen daughter celebrate the discovery of their mission together in the grand opening of the “Angle Star’s Sacred Dog and Woman’s Retreat”

Elizabeth Cochrell 10 most interesting things. By finding the 10 most interesting things I learned what I can do to raise the stakes and make it more exciting.
1) Michelle is a beautiful pole dancer stripper who refuses to have sex for money and is also a talented MMA fighter who hates chauvinistic men. She’s determined to be a good mother to Rebecca.
2) Emily the stepmother is a draconian politician’s wife, once beautiful now jealous of all who steal her limelight and will do anything to maintain control of Rebecca including drugging and kidnapping her to keep her at home.
3) Mayor Frank is a devious pedophile who has bribed his son for years to keep silent about the fact that he raped Michelle while she was under the influence of a date rape drug when she was 14 years old and maintains the lie that Rebecca is his son Bradley’s daughter.
4) In the opening scene Michelle has just finished a glamorous pole dance performance and kicks the strip club patron and his two bodyguard’s asses when they follow her into her dressing room.
5) At first Michelle is afraid to let her daughter know that she is a stripper but realizes that Rebecca doesn’t hold it against her after they experience fun times training and dancing together.
6) Soon after Michelle and Rebecca make up after a fight, Emily the stepmother tricks Rebecca into the limo where the detectives help her kidnap Rebecca back to Beverly Hills. Emily then sends a text from Rebecca’s phone to make Michelle believe that Rebecca changed her mind about running away. This causes Michelle to not want to do the MMA event anymore.
7.) Michelle doesn’t feel like doing the MMA event after Rebecca disappears, her old self would have shirked her responsibility for the sponsor’s money she was paid but after feeling good about herself as a mother to Rebecca, her friends convince her to keep training for the fight even though Rebecca is out of the picture.
8.) A major twist happens when just before Michelle’s MMA fight Bradley confesses that Michelle was raped by his dad Mayor Frank and that Rebecca is actually his father’s daughter and that Frank may be going after Rebecca sometime soon.
9.) Michelle and Rebecca have been tricked by Emily to think they don’t want to be with each other anymore.
10.) Another interesting element is that Rebecca is a dog whisperer and is beloved by every dog she encounters. She also befriends a stray ex-fighting Pit Bull who is amazingly intelligent, rescues Rebecca from traffickers, and rips Mayor Franks’s crotch to shreds in the final fight scene.

Elizabeth Cochrell, Producer/Manager I would pitch myself as an established fetish video producer that is upgrading to mainstream features and series and with a AA degree in film I have a few projects ready for development.
I would find the producers of similar movies like 2015’s Southpaw, starring Jake Gyllenhaal, with many producers like Jason Blumenthal who is a partner of Escape Artists Production Company in Culver City, CA a few miles from where I live. Southpaw has similar components of my movie: After a fatal incident sends him on a rampant path of destruction, a champion boxer fights to get custody of his daughter and revive his professional career. I would pitch my movie Mother Love as somewhat similar only with a female fighter instead where a young mother chooses to fight to keep her adopted daughter who ran away from her foster parents. I’d also bring up that the daughter almost gets trafficked in the process, which is a hot issue as seen in the social media talk frenzy of the current flick Sound of Freedom.
I would also compare Mother Love as a lighter version of 2020’s Bruised with Halle Berry as actor producer, which brings to light the popularity of females in MMA, and that my movie Mother Love although it contains the dark aspect of the teen sex abuse issue it is made more alluring than Briused by the beauty and grace of the lead actress’s pole dancing and the cuteness of her daughter’s dog whispering.
FOR A MANAGER: I would pitch them that I am a survivor of divorced parents had a twin sister who was murdered and that I was a stripper fighter who has a lot to say about underdogs bringing criminals and wrongdoers to justice, whose protagonists transform weakness’s, save the day and fall in love. Then I would share the logline and concepts of my completed features:
A family sports drama Mother Love
A crime romance Curse of the Scream Queen
I would also share the fact I published a self-help book Hot Romantic Escapades for Lovers, in which I plan to write a ten-episode tropical island reality show for couples with a concept that is a mixture of two other popular reality series Marriage Bootcamp and Survivor.
What I learned from this exercise is that it’s not as hard as I thought to explain my projects and that paying more attention to other shows like what I write is essential. I just bought the discounted year of IMBD Pro because of this realization!

4. What I learned with this assignment is: Now the purpose of my story is even more clear to me which helps with the re-write. I need to raise the stakes showing how devastating distorted views of reality and ourselves can become and that the inner wounds we attained in childhood can be transformed into something of value.
1. Logline: A depressed teen finds her calling as a dog whisperer when she runs away from rich foster parents to be with her biological mother who turns out to be a stripper MMA fighter who struggles to pay the bills.
2. Components: “Mother Love” has a wide audience appeal in that teenagers will empathize with the pain of constant criticism by a parent and the satisfaction of being successful at something when a parent didn’t believe in them. Parents will be glad their children learn about the dangers of running away and how stripping is an ultimately dead-end career. Men and women alike will be aroused with the physicality of pole dancing, MMA fight fans will enjoy the hazards and excitement of the sport, and animal lovers will identify with the ups and downs of dog ownership.
The movie is also somewhat timely as seen with the popularity of UFC and cage fights going on all around the world, the millions of videos of adorable hilarious pets in action on social media sites and there is not a day goes by without news of some type of underage sexual abuse going on behind closed doors.
3. Pitch with the Components: Imagine a film that satiates the need for excitement and an erotic experience that men and teens will enjoy but also something mothers will approve of because it represents them in an ultimately heartwarming and courageous way.

Elizabeth Cochrell, “Mother Love”, Producers
1. Give us your Genre, Title, and Concept.
This feature is a Family Drama entitled Mother Love where an unhappy teenager finds her calling as a dog whisperer when she runs away from her rich stepparents to be with her biological mother who turns out to be a stripper MMA fighter who struggles to pay the bills.
It’s a story about how the quality of a mother’s love impacts the life of her children and the importance of finding purpose in life in order to be happy.
2. In one or two sentences, tell us what you think is most attractive about your story
Both men and women will enjoy the beauty of Michelle’s exotic dance and the courageous excitement of her MMA fighting as she re-connects with her teen daughter Rebecca who blossoms, loses weight, and succeeds with her dog whispering business after running away from her rich pretentious stepmother. Teens, animal lovers and all who stand for the Me-Too Movement will be outraged for those emotionally and sexually abused in this story and finally satisfied when the depraved well-heeled family members are poetically defeated by all of those they have mistreated.
3. Tell us which you will target FIRST — managers, producers, or actor’s production company — and why you picked that target.
I would target producers who have done drama and martial arts films for Netflix, Amazon Prime and Paramount because this is a medium budget film. The locations are local and I feel they would know the best actors and directors for this film that are here in the Los Angeles area.
4. Answer the question “What I learned today is…?”
I learned that the message I want to get across is more clear to me when I think about what is attractive about my script.
It also helps my characters become more realistic to me when I imagine popular actors doing the roles.
Lastly when I have specific actions to follow the possibility selling my script becomes more real and I become more serious and motivated to work on it!

Hi my name is Elizabeth Cochrell (aka Christine Dupree) and with the help of a few screenwriting courses, I have the following:
1) A complete first draft for a feature family sports drama entitled, “Mother Love” which I am working on from coverage notes for the second draft.
2) An almost finished 1st draft of a romantic crime drama, “Curse of the Scream Queen”
3) A complete 40 min spec 1st episode script for the “Dead to Me” season 3 series.
As a beginner, I’ve just written scripts that excite me, but in order to improve my chances of selling them I want to learn what grabs the attention of major actors, markets, and the power players who get them sold!
I’ve raced through my life of exotic adventures enjoying the roles of stripper, Penthouse Centerfold, kickboxer, boxer, wrestler, actor, video producer, and author always looking forward to my next interesting episode. You can find out more about me at the website for my self-help book: http://www.hotromanticescapades.com
