Nader Khaghani- 25-Solved Structural Problems

Nader Khaghani- Solved Structural Problems
Learned: The resolution was clear but the events leading to the climax tough to line up.
I had to reconfigure and solve the act 4 by choosing to concentrate on a personal touch taking Hal advice in mind about the critical points of the script.. I will fall or stand based on my own personal touch. -
Nader Khaghani-22 the Climax
Learned: Act 4 is the ultimate struggle that Act 3 has led to. This is the key battlegrounds. Throw the book at the protagonist. Got to fight it off.
1. Outline Key Scene 3. The confrontation is here the dark energy of elements.
2. Write Key Scene 3: Climax – The destructive, negative pole, of dark continuously spirals or swirls down. To confront the dark is face the negative energy face to face and seek a way of fighting it off. -
Nader Khaghani-key scene act 4
Learned: Scene 3 needs to feed into 4 yet be a continuity of the pressing hardship.
2. Write Key Scene 1: Reaction to 3rd Act Turning Point. The dark gets darker than the dark.
3. Write Key Scene 2: The protagonist faces their Dilemma. For the first time, he becomes sure he must rid himself of the dark, but how? If the first power was to do it, he would been rid of bone crushing darkness. The heavy chest is on his pressing on his bones. His face grimace under the pressure. -
Nader Khaghani-Finish Act 3
Learned: the contrasting impact of Act 3 with 4
1. To finish act III-To reach through the Imaginarium for what seems to be the answer
2. Discovering in reality it is not a further journey that can cement the transformational experience.
3. The end of Act 3 is significant: all fails with little hope. -
Nader Khaghani-Turning point 3.
Learned: Turning point 3 is vital to generate empathy.
1. Outline Key Scene 4 – Eddy wants to make it to where the light is. A glass wall stops him
2. Write Turning Point 3 – There is no headway. The man with an eagle point asks who’s child are you? Eddy gets it wrong is tied up and brought between the white bird for punishment. The bird draws a blank card that leaves Eddy in complete quandary as to his fate. Will the imaginarium dispose of him? He is unsure, folds, with an injection he is out. -
Subject line: Nader Khaghani- Act 3 Middle Scenes
Learned: Rethink and react will lead to discovery of Imaginarium in act 3
1. Scene 2. Books a trip to Venice
2. Scene 3. Stuck in Rome. Loss of personal belongings. Now?
3. A new vista opens -
Nader Khaghani-Act 3 Key Scene
Learned: Rethink and react is essential part of the journey.
1. Eddy has already made it to LA.
2. Now he is confronted with root cause of the what he thinks is the problem dark taken over the color
4. He will react by taking off for Venice.
3. In the lowest low he discovers color is a vehicle and what is the king is the light he will have to rethink again. -
Nader Khaghani Act 2-Turning Point-Midpoint
I learned: Midpoint carries weight and takes the hero into further depth
1. The first act was Chicago-the set up
2. The second act is LA
3. Act 3 is Rome
4. The 4th and the finale: Pienza
5. As to the midpoint is a bedroom scene where Eddy discovers an image.
6. where warm bright colors lighten up the blues of the sea and air into red-orang-yellow.
7. As Sandra cleverly had schemed and executed. The colors seduce Eddy to a Journey to Burano
8. But of course we have plans, but life has a plan of its own. Rome and Pienza are in the cards.
Oh, dear Hal and Cheryl, I love TURNING POINTS, thank you both for educating the soul. The true story teller.-

Nader Khaghani-Turning Point
The Turning point matter most and must be incorporated into the script
1. Outline your Act 1 Turning Point. The shirt is unbuttoned the short sword is pointing to his belly and the cell phone rings and announces Justin. His son that he has ignored because of his artwork. He feels too guilty to ignore or refuse. He answers.
2. Write your Act 1 Turning Point. The trip to LA begins the journey which leads to yet another journey and one last one. -

The Test. This is the ultimate expression of the conflict. Face to face with the Antagonist for the ultimate fight! This is an impossible situation that the Hero can only win with the change they have made in their lives. It is the ultimate expression of the New Ways.
Resolution: The change has been made or tested. We now see the new status quo of the Hero. -

Nader Khaghani- Character Interview
As always we appreciate Hal and Cheryl, you two are probably tired of hearing, I love you guys, but we do for all the good you do. Thanks.
What I learned doing this assignment is…? Both protagonist and antagonist have secrets and do what they do for reasons.
The protagonist with a lifetime of depression paints so that as Paul Klee puts it, not to cry. His painting shows his problem but he well hides it. He also wants no journey since he has befriended darkness. As Jung says, if we don’t become conscious, then when the journey happens, we call it fate. Be that as it may, this is a journey script.
The antagonist is the change agent and does what he does for personal reasons. We are discussing those. -

I agree to the terms as stated.
-
My main character is Eddy who is in a dark place. Can he find the light in the dark? He has given up but can’t let go of his art his downfall and his salvation. You can guess the transformation from dark night of the soul to the bright light of the Self.
-
Hi all,
Nader is the name.
I have written 2 scripts so still new to the art.
Unusual? A CPA and a painter. -
Lesson 4_Nader Khaghani
Lesson 4-ASSIGNMENT 1: As always, thank you Hal&Cheryl.
- Answer the question “What I learned doing this assignment is…?” (place at top of your work).
Oppression: we all fear and fight although essential to change and transformation.
The betraying character remains in the cocoon and hardly changes or is affected by the journey. There is always disbelief, incredulousness, and skepticism. Doubts, misgivings, and lack of conviction.
A Change Agent helps make the change possible against all odds.
Even if you are not completely sure about which characters are which, give us your current GUESS about these four roles.
1. Tell us your transformational journey logline.
Fear of death makes us do crazy things. Tom, a senior citizen, in the grip of fear of death takes action to transform his fear into acceptance of the inevitable.
- Tell us who you think might be your Change Agent and give a few
sentences about how that character fits the role. Also, include: – Their
vision: – Their experience that fits that vision:
A childhood friend of his wife Kathy whom Tom always felt close to, (she gets him) once even kissed her in the kitchen. She is an Archetypal Pattern Analyst (so am I in real life.) and resisted Tom’s advances. But sees Rita’s inability to bridge the transformation of Tom. Rita plays the betraying role.
- Tell us who you think might be your Transformable Character(s) and
give a few sentences about how that character or characters fit the role.
Tom is a transformable character. He is a senior citizen all his life fearing death and now in the fourth quadrant of his life must embark on a profound journey to come to terms with it, and live peacefully.
- Tell us who or what you think might be The Oppression and give a few
sentences about how The Oppression works in your story.
The oppression is the same old fear that we all have: The writing is on the wall and spells: Death.
Eventually, we all die. Shit!
- Tell us who you think might be your Betraying Character and give a
few sentences about how that character fits the role.
The betraying character is the wife.
She resists condemns and disapproves of Tom’s journey to find a solution and reconciliation with the dark side of life.
- Answer the question “What I learned doing this assignment
is…?” (place at top of your work).
Oppression: we all fear and fight.
The betraying character remains in the cocoon and hardly changes or is affected by the journey.
A Change Agent helps make the change possible.

Written 2 scripts
Something different about me: I am an archetypal Pattern Analyst and scripts are all about archetypes. Also, I am a painter. Sometimes the two passions compete I end up with nothing finished.
Profound is a profound word and hope to get to its essence in script writing. Hal, you got your work cut out my friend.
