Hi everyone, I’m Rick and live in sunny San Diego, with a historic cabin in the mountain town of Big Bear, outside L.A. By trade, I work in the human side of cybersecurity, but have extensive corporate/technical communications experience. I’m very proud of the 3 scripts I have finished, one of which has been recognized by the Sundance Institute/Sloan Foundation Commissioning Grant for Screenwriting. I hope to improve my ability to get my dang scripts out of my laptop and in front of some influential folks with well-crafted, riveting pitches. Something interesting about me is that I am neighbors with 2 fun guys who are successful rom-com screenwriters whose work has been made into some of the top box office draws for that genre. Really looking forward to learning with you fine folks!
